Baby’s First Year Photography Package

is a really sweet series of sessions to document your baby’s first year with you

 

The 1st session will be a Newborn Lifestyle Session @home

This is a very calm gentle session that captures the littleness of your brand new baby.  We work with baby’s schedule. If they want to be awake thats fab, if they want to snooze / feed, im there to just document your new little unit.  There will be lots of snuggles & cuddles.  I do love to capture little ones in parents arms, because believe it or not they will grow so fast in this first year.

The 2nd session we will book when baby is between 6-8 months

This will allow for little one to be able to sit on their own, and we will get to see their little personality shine.  Genuinely i’m smiling as i’m typing this section because its such a fun session.  They will be moving & crawling and full of activity.  We will get some beautiful portraits and if you want to include additional family members like Grandmothers, Grandpa, Aunties, Uncles.  This is a lovely session to do that.

 

 

This little sweetheart is 8 months here and we had such a lovely relaxed fun session.  We brought out all the cuddly toys and enjoyed a lovely afternoon capturing such beautiful little moments.  We can, weather permitting, venture outdoors for your 2nd session if you wish.  It is really nice to document the seasons within your baby’s first year as well.  So we can visit local gardens, parks, even venture up to the North Coast for this session.  This is a great session to relax and have fun with.

 

Your final session with finish with a fantastic Cake Smash

Depending on the time of year we can take the Cake Smash outside to the garden or a local park.  Or we can set up a really unique individual Cake Smash for your little one at home.  I gather pieces of your family and set them up around the set and then we just smash a cake.  Such fun!!

With my Cake Smash @home sessions I find little one is so much more relaxed and calm.  Its because they are in their safe place.  No strange lights, sounds, they are home.  I will arrive approx 45 mins before our session and set up, I do recommend using a soft squishy cake for the Cake Smash and keeping the posh one for the party.  After all the whole purpose is to smash it to pieces.
